InvivoGen의 incretin 및 호르몬 bioassay는 incretin 관련 호르몬 활성을 정량화할 수 있도록 민감하고 편리한 colorimetric 분석 결과를 제공합니다.
이 assay는 GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) 또는 GCG (glucagon)에 대한 특이적 호르몬 receptor를 발현하는 HEK293 유래 reporter cell line과 CREB (cAMP-response element binding protein)-inducible SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase) reporter gene으로 구성되어 있습니다. 호르몬이나 agonist analog가 receptor에 결합하면 세포는 supernatant로 SEAP를 생성 및 분비합니다. 따라서 cell lysis 과정이 필요하지 않습니다.
