RNA Guardian Solution은 대부분의 tissue, cell에 빠르게 흡수하여 샘플에서 RNA를 안정화 및 보호하는 수용성 tissue, cell storage reagent입니다.
샘플을 즉시 동결할 필요가 없이 RNA Guardian Solution에 넣어 샘플을 보관할 수 있습니다.
RNA Guardian Solution은 샘플의 RNA degradation이 빠르게 일어나지 않도록 보관기간을 연장하여 저장하게 됩니다.
Tissue, cell은 -20°C 또는 그 이하에서 RNA Guardian Solution에 장기간 보관할 수 있습니다.
- RNase 즉시 비활성화
- 액체질소 및 deep freezer에 보관할 필요없음
- 동결 및 분쇄 최소화
- 현장에서 샘플 채취 후 보관 용이
- 대부분의 RNA prep 처리에 호환 가능
- Gene expression와 gene-profiling data 가능
