Antibody for Exosome Isolation
Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles formed by a lipid bilayer membrane, and its diameter is 30-100 nm. Exosomesare observed in body fluid, such as saliva, blood, urine, amniotic fluid, malignant ascites, and are secreted fromcultured cells. Recently, it has been shown that exosomes include various proteins and RNAs, which have apossibility to function in intercellular signal transduction. These products are the antibodies which can specificallydetect CD9, CD63 and CD81 known as exosome markers. These antibodies are suitable for isolation of exosome byimmunoprecipitation. ExoTrapTM Spin Columns utilize immobilized CD9 antibody to capture exosomes frombiological fluids in as little as 30 minutes. The contents of the captured exosomes are then readily processed fordownstream analysis by western blotting, mass spectrometry, PCR, or sequencing, etc

■ with other tetraspanin

Feature and Advantages
■ High purity exosome can be isolated from serum, plasma, urine, saliva and cell culturesupernatant within 30 minutes (All human samples has been tested).
■ Spin column type which is easy to use
Anti CD9 for Exosome Isolation
CD9 is a cell surface glycoprotein which belongs to the tetraspanin superfamily. CD9 is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. It is found on the surface of exosomes. It can modulate cell adhesion and migration and also trigger platelet activation and aggregation.

Anti CD63 for Exosome Isolation
CD63 (also known as LAMP-3, Melanoma-associated antigen ME491, TSPAN30, MLA1 and OMA81H) is a cell surface glycoprotein which belongs to the tetraspanin superfamily. CD63 is known to complex with integrins. CD63 is expressed on activated platelets, monocytes and macrophages, and is weakly expressed on granulocytes, T cell and B cells.

Anti CD81 for Exosome Isolation
CD81 (TAPA-1) is a cell surface protein which belongs to the tetraspanin superfamily. CD81 is identified as a component of the B lymphocyte receptor (BCR) and as a receptor for the Hepatitis C Virus.

ExoTrap Exosome Isolation Spin Column Kit for Protein Research
Exosomes are 40 ‒100 nm membrane vesicles. They are found in many biological fluids including blood, urine, saliva, amniotic fluid, cell culture supernatants, and malignant ascites fluids. CD9 is a well known surface marker for exosomes. ExoTrap Spin Columns utilize immobilized CD9 antibody to capture exosomes from biological fluids in as little as 30 minutes. The contents of the captured exosomes are then readily processed for downstream analysis by western blotting, mass spectrometry, PCR, or sequencing, etc.
