Matched Antibody Pair Kit 특징

- Batch-to-batch consistency (Lot. variation 최소화) : Recombinant monoclonal antibody 만으로 pair kit 제작

- Specificity (특이성) : Pair 제품의 특이성을 검증하기 위하여 plasma, serum과 같은 complex sample에서 스크리닝 완료

- Sensitivity (민감성) : 경쟁사 대비 우수하거나 동등한 performance 확인

- Flexibility (유연성) : PBS-only pair (sodium azide, BSA free)제품이 있어서, conjugation, 다양한 assay set-up에 활용도 높음

- Scale up (확장성) : SimpleStep ELISA® 에 포함된 antibody pair 를 사용하여 안정적으로 실험을 scale up 하여 setting 가능 

                                 * antibody pair 에 conjugated molecule 이 다르기 때문에 SimpleStep ELISA®  와 서로 호환 불가 


Matched Antibody Pair Kit 구성

- 기본적인 sandwich ELISA를 위한 5 x 96 tests 사이즈 제공

- Capture & detector(biotinylated) antibody pair와 protein standard 포함

- 기타 시약들은  ELISA Accessory Pack (ab210905) 추천
