잠깐! Antibody conjugation을 위해 필요한 조건을 확인해 주세요.
- 정제된 항체만 conjugation에 적합합니다. (crude serum이나 tissue culture supernatant의 경우 부적합)
- 항체에 BSA, glycine, tris, azide 등이 포함되어 있을 경우 conjugation 반응에 방해가 되므로 제거해야 합니다.
- 항체 농도는 최소 0.5 mg/ml 이상 이어야 합니다.
